The Alabama Apartment Survey

Since 2000, Rock has surveyed Birmingham area apartments to gather information on key market fundamentals such as rent growth, occupancy, supply, and concessions.  The findings have been published in the Birmingham Apartment Survey (BAS), also referred to as The ROCK Report.

In 2007, we added Huntsville, Montgomery, and Mobile to our report, covering the four major metro areas in the state. The 2007 Alabama Apartment Survey is AVAILABLE NOW.

The data for the Alabama Apartment Survey is gathered annually in June/July and then published shortly after Labor Day.  Accordingly, the 2008 Alabama Apartment Survey will be available in September, 2008.
